Over the past several months, I have been quiet.
My last blog post was written in October, and since then life invited me into a season of grief, reflection, and deep inward turning. Sometimes the most sacred work we can do is not producing, teaching, or offering — but simply being with ourselves.
As someone who identifies as an otrovert (more introvert tho)—someone who loves community yet also requires deep solitude for restoration—I allowed myself to step back, hibernate, and tend to my own heart.
And now, as the earth begins to thaw and the days stretch longer, I feel the gentle call to return.
Not in a rush.
Not in a performance.
But in bloom.
Honoring Women’s History Month
March invites us into a powerful reflection on the lineage of women who have come before us. Women who have survived, resisted, created, nurtured, loved, and transformed the world in ways both visible and unseen.
Women’s History Month is not only about celebrating historical figures—it is also about remembering that every woman carries a living legacy within her body.
Our rage.
Our softness.
Our sensuality.
Our grief.
Our wisdom.
All of it belongs.
In my work as a therapist, somatic practitioner, and guide in sacred erotic healing, I am continually reminded that reclaiming our wholeness often requires us to reclaim the parts of ourselves we were taught to hide.
This spring, we will be exploring exactly that.
Spring as a Season of Reclamation
Spring is a season of emergence.
Seeds that spent months underground begin to push toward the light. What looked dormant was actually gathering life force.
Many of us are doing the same.
This season, I will be offering several upcoming workshops designed to support deeper healing, integration, and personal reclamation to prepare you for the upcoming Summer fun.
While dates are still being finalized, I’m excited to share a preview of what’s coming this spring.
Upcoming Spring Workshops
Healing the Child Within
(For women, men, and couples)
This workshop will focus on reconnecting with and healing the inner child parts of ourselves that continue to influence our relationships, intimacy, emotional safety, and sense of worth.
Together we will explore:
- Inner child awareness
- Somatic healing practices
- Relationship patterns rooted in early experiences
- Compassionate reparenting and integration
This offering will be open to individuals and couples who are ready to deepen their emotional healing and relational awareness.
Unclutch Your Pearls
(A sexual shadow work experience for women… and curious men)
Many of us were taught that sexuality should be hidden, controlled, or quietly endured. As a result, shame, fear, repression, and secrecy can live in the shadows of our erotic selves.
Unclutch Your Pearls is an invitation to release those inherited scripts.
In this workshop we will explore:
- Sexual shadow work
- Releasing erotic shame
- Reclaiming authentic desire
- Expanding the language of pleasure, power, and consent
This space will be bold, compassionate, and deeply grounded in trauma-informed practice.
Because healing our sexuality is often healing our humanity.
A Little Spring Refresh
As nature renews itself, the Tahiyya Alnisaa website will also be receiving some updates and revamping this spring. You may notice some new offerings, expanded resources, and a clearer path to the different healing experiences I provide.
My intention is to make the space even more supportive for those seeking:
- Sacred erotic healing
- Sexual trauma recovery
- Somatic and relational healing
- Workshops and educational experiences
So if things look a little different in the coming months—know that it’s all part of the unfolding.
A Personal Note
If you’ve been here for a while, thank you for your patience during my quiet season.
If you’re new here, welcome.
Healing is not linear. Blooming is not immediate. And sometimes the most profound transformations happen underground, long before anyone sees the flower.
As we move deeper into spring, I look forward to reconnecting, sharing new offerings, and continuing the work of helping people reclaim the sacred wisdom of their bodies, hearts, and desires.
May this season invite you to bloom in your own way.
With warmth,
Tahiyya Alnisaa xoxo
